120-Day Job Search Guarantee for Personalized Recruitment Services
Guarantee Terms
MySalesRecruiter.co ("Company") guarantees that if you ("Client") do not secure qualifying employment within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of your program enrollment date ("Guarantee Period"), you are eligible for a full refund of your one-time program fees, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this guarantee, Client must demonstrate compliance with ALL of the following requirements throughout the entire Guarantee Period:
Active Program Participation: Client must attend all scheduled sessions, meetings, and activities as outlined in the program curriculum. Absences exceeding two (2) sessions without prior written approval from the Company will void this guarantee.
Career Guidance Compliance: Client must implement career guidance recommendations provided by the Company's career coaches within the timeframes specified by such coaches.
Minimum Application Activity: Client must apply to a minimum of ten (10) relevant positions per calendar week, with "relevant positions" defined as roles that align with Client's experience level, salary expectations, and geographic preferences as documented in Client's intake assessment.
Weekly Check-ins: Client must participate in scheduled weekly check-ins with the assigned career coach. Missing more than two (2) consecutive check-ins without a 48-hour advance notice will void this guarantee.
Program Material Completion: Client must complete all assigned program materials, assessments, and deliverables by their designated due dates.
Documentation Requirements: Client must maintain detailed records of all job search activities, including but not limited to: applications submitted, interviews attended, networking activities, and follow-up communications.
Qualifying Employment Definition
"Qualifying employment" means a full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week) with compensation at or above 80% of the target salary range established during Client's intake assessment, and within the geographic parameters agreed upon at program enrollment.
Exclusions
This guarantee is void, and no refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
Payment Default: Any late, missed, or partial payments of program fees
Voluntary Withdrawal: Client voluntarily exits the program for any reason
Additional Requirements: Positions requiring certifications, education, or training not possessed at program enrollment
Offer Declination: Client declines any qualifying job offer that meets the criteria established in their intake assessment
Geographic Limitations: Client imposes geographic restrictions beyond those documented at enrollment that materially limit available opportunities
Misrepresentation: Client provides false or misleading information during enrollment or program participation
External Factors: Circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to economic downturns, industry-wide layoffs, or force majeure events
Refund Claim Process
Claim Period: Refund requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after the Guarantee Period expires (i.e., by day 130 from program start date).
Required Documentation: Client must provide comprehensive documentation of all job search activities, including:
Weekly activity reports submitted to the career coach
Complete list of applications submitted with dates and company names
Records of all interviews and networking activities
Correspondence related to job search efforts
Review Process: The Company will review refund claims within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. The company reserves the right to request additional documentation during this review period.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of claim approval and will be issued via the original payment method.
Limitations
This guarantee applies only to one-time program fees and excludes any optional services, materials, or add-on purchases.
Refunds are limited to fees paid by Client and exclude any promotional discounts or credits.
This guarantee may not be transferred or assigned to any third party

Legal Notice
This guarantee constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding refunds and supersedes any prior representations. This guarantee is governed by Washington law. Any disputes arising under this guarantee shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
