Our Standard Contingency Recruiting Process

Some of what we’ll do for you:

  • We have thousands of candidates and hundreds of referral sources that we can leverage to find you the ideal candidates.

  • Job listings on multiple relevant job boards

  • Social media posts, advertising your opening(s) & Company

  • Your assigned Recruiter will source various databases for candidates, not just LinkedIn

  • Your opening will be sent to our current candidates and referral network (we pay the referral fee - no extra charge to you)

Let’s get started

  • 1st Step - We’ll schedule a call or video chat with one of our Recruiters to discuss your role(s), ideal candidates, timeframe, etc.

  • Next - We’ll improve (or compose) your job description to attract the ideal candidate; we’ll also develop/improve some initial screening questions

  • 3rd Step - you’ll approve the improved job description, initial screening questions, and social media content that we’ll publish

  • Our Recruiters and in-house staff will source/filter candidates and conduct “intakes” to further screen relevant candidates

  • You'll receive fully vetted candidates a few days after your initial down payment. You will not receive dozens of possible matches, but finely selected, relevant candidates.

  • We can schedule the candidate and Hiring Manager interviews if you wish, or we can leave the process to you.

  • Your assigned recruiter will maintain open communications with all parties to ensure transparency throughout the hiring process.

  • After a few interviews, we can help with the contract/salary negotiations.

  • Once a start date has been established, we can assist with further onboarding, check-ins, or any additional support you may need to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Contingency Recruiting Agreement

SUMMARY (Non-Binding)

How fees work:

  • Placement fee = 25% of first-year base salary (minimum $20,000).

  • $2,000 non-refundable engagement fee to begin the search is applied towards the total fee.

  • Fee applies if you hire a referred candidate within 12 months, in any capacity.

  • Fees are earned when the candidate accepts your offer.

Payment timing:

  • Invoiced upon offer acceptance.

  • Paid in four equal installments over 120 days from acceptance.

Guarantee:

  • 90-day guarantee from the candidate's start date.

  • If employment ends during that time, we provide a replacement OR a prorated refund, subject to conditions.

Ownership:

  • Candidates introduced by us are protected for 12 months, even if hired later or into a different role.

Non-exclusive:

  • You may work with other recruiters.

  • Optional 90-day exclusivity reduces the placement fee to 21.25%.

Sample Recruitment Agreement

20% discount if the company is less than two years old / 15% discount if veteran-owned business

  • 25% discount on each additional seat filled after the initial placement is fulfilled

  • We are willing to entertain custom / company-specific terms.
