As an Account Executive, you’ll be critical in shaping business growth and success. Working closely with our Head of Sales, based in NY, you’ll be the face for high-potential new clients, helping them harness the power of our innovative solutions. Your drive to build strong relationships, solve business challenges, and contribute to a more sustainable digital ecosystem will be key.
What You'll Do
Drive Success: Own and deliver on fiscal and strategic objectives, helping us meet and exceed our sales goals.
Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with leading marketing agencies and brands.
Strategize and Forecast: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting tools, ensuring clear and actionable insights are translated into performance.
Collaborate and Deliver: Partner with our Trading and Account Management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives and milestones.
Communicate Effectively: Flex your communication style to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and driving positive outcomes.
Innovate with Curiosity: Identify business challenges where their solutions can create impact, always seeking new ways to solve client problems and meet market needs.
What We're Looking For
3+ Years of Digital Experience: Preferably with a background in programmatic display, though a passion for digital marketing is what counts most.
Entrepreneurial Drive: You’re highly self-motivated and capable of acting as an independent business owner.
Strategic Thinking: You can see the bigger picture, proposing solutions that go beyond RFPs and address true business challenges.
Startup Spirit: You thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment and are excited to work in a team that’s all about “winning together.”
Agency Experience: Whether as a customer, partner, or employee, agency experience in client-facing management is a strong bonus.
